Housing Partners

Opportunity Council and the Whatcom Homeless Service Center partner with and manage referrals to a variety of housing providers, including:

Coordinated Entry Partners

Permanent supportive housing with case management

Transitional housing for families

Rapid rehousing and permanent supportive housing with case management

Emergency, transitional and permanent housing for youth ages 18-24

Permanent supportive housing, short-term rental assistance, limited seasonal shelter, HEN, and more subject to availability and eligibility

Permanent supportive housing for chronically homeless individuals, veterans, and those re-entering from the criminal justice system

90 day emergency shelter for single adults with mental health illnesses and case management

Permanent supportive housing with case management for qualifying veterans

Transitional housing for single women
